Applying for Funding

The Foundation for Professionals in Services to Adolescents (FPSA) offers funding for relevant courses, conferences and training. Find out who can apply now. FPSA do not provide retrospective funding, if you have already paid for a course, training or conference you cannot apply for funding. Please check the deadlines for applications before you submit.

Privacy and data protection
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, the FPSA’s trustees are the data controllers of your information. FPSA trustees, staff and all its representatives must be aware and comply with the Data Protection Act 1988 and/or guidance from the Information Commission when they collect or handle data about an individual.
The FPSA will only collect information that is needed to help it carry out the legitimate purposes of its work. The FPSA will always ask your permission to collect any information about you and explain to you how it will use data supplied by you.
Third party data access
We will only pass your data to a third party with your consent and we will ensure that a written contract is in place to ensure a third party adheres to the Data Protection Act. If we receive requests for data as part of a legal requirement, such as a request from the police, we will ask, if possible, for requests to be put in writing before data is disclosed.
Storing/removing personal data
We will ensure that we store all personal data in a secure and safe manner and that all FPSA staff, contractors and representatives act responsibly to ensure the safety of all data.
You can contact the FPSA to amend or remove any data you send to us. Please email your request, including your name and email address, and we will respond in a timely manner.
Opting out of our mailing list
You may opt out of receiving our marketing materials by emailing FPSA with the word 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the subject field or contact us and ask to be taken off our mailing list.
